Six years ago, we came up with the concept of building a storage facility like no other. We knew the storage market place was lacking a truly quality storage solution. Until now, no one had taken the risk of building a truly five star storage facility. While the concept and the idea was easy, the hard part was actually building it while at the same time competing with the perceived economy of renting. Well, I am proud to say we did it. Eucalyptus at Beaumont is a project that stands alone in amenities, location and most of all security. We are 1/8th of a mile off of the 10 Fwy, on the way to just about every destination. The look and feel of the project is resort inspired, with a 2700 sq ft meeting room greeting you as you enter the facility. All of our storage units are fully enclosed with automatic sectional doors. Each unit is private and separated from any other unit.
