Recently completed and built on 4.53 acres with 107 completed garages, we have taken storage to the next level. Not only can you own you own huge garage, but you can make it into whatever you like. Man Cave, garage, work shop, industrial storage, boat storage, RV, whatever you need. We built these garages with your needs in mind. 14' tall doors, up to 20' wide. Interior heights are 18'. 100 Amp sub panels are also in each garage, so power is no problem. Garage sizes range from 11' x 38' up to 27' x 50'. Most all of our garages are 50' in depth.
Access is 24 x 7, since you own it. You can tinker, build, store, hide just about anything. You get a Deed, Title insurance, and all the benefits ownership brings.
You are free to use our 2700 sq ft clubhouse, equipped with WIFI, wet bar, HD TV, showers, laundry everything you could ever want. Can you live here? No, but occasional overnight stays are welcome. This 3,700-acre parcel of land in Irvine used to be home to the El Toro Marine Corps Air Station. Today, the land is witnessing a remarkable transformation. The Great Park Neighborhoods will follow the master-planned tradition of the city of Irvine and the practices that have guided its development and made it one of California’s most desirable cities to live in. When completed, three distinct neighborhoods will hug close to the Great Park, and the new development will be home to 5,000 families with five million square feet of space set aside for commercial and other uses, including several education institutions. Plus, concrete and other materials that were used to build the base and the runways will be recycled and repurposed during construction.Ground breaking of 5,000 homes and 1.2 million sq ft of commercial property is set for January 31st, 2012. Followed by a 2nd phase of 5,700 homes.
