    Sugar Pine and Shasta garages have 2 ceiling fans, and 6 or 8 sconces respectively. Redwood and Sequoia have 8 and 10 sconces respectively and four ceiing fans. Customer supplies ceiling fans of their own choosing.

    Recently completed, we now have the option to really dress up your Garage or "Man Cave" as some have called them. We pack just about every feature possible, with your choice of paint and flooring colors and patterns. If needed, we will step you through the desgin process. The Garage Mahal conversion takes about 30 days to complete.
