Listed below are our current prices for our Garage Condominiums. Our financing examples will show several scenarios based on the current SBA loan rates and variations on your down payment. Like everything in this world, rates and terms are subject to change.
We have several loan programs with our SBA Federally subsidized program through Wells Fargo. This program has the lowest start rates and the most liberal lending policies that we have found thus far. If you do not happen to own a business, we have several other loan packages also through Wells Fargo.

Don't forget you can add racks to increase the storage area. Door heights like all of our other garages are towering at 14'.

The Shasta series is our most popular and most plentiful unit in our project. It will house the largest RV made, with room to open your slide. Certain garages in this series can be combined, either end to end (13' x 100', or side by side (26' x 50') As with all of our other garages, the door is automated with a built in alarm system. Fire sprinklers are of course included for your vehicles protection. Insulation keeps your RV cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Best of all, it is out of the weather and away from the damaging rays of the sun. Please inquire on the availability of our 45' deep models as well.

The Redwood is by far the most efficient sized unit in our project. While it costs a bit over 30% more than our Shasta units, it has the capability to store up to 300% more. How? Well, you can park a full size RV on one side, and still have enough room to add three additional full size cars along side the RV. You would have to buy two
Shasta units to equal the storage power of the Redwood. This has been a very popular garage, so please inquire about availability.

The Banyan was designed for the serious car collector in mind. These units are wider (24') and not as deep as the typical RV unit (34'). This configuration allows for side by side storage of up to 8 vehicles of average size. Perfect for those looking to store their car collection is a dry safe, alarmed. If you have an RV to store, no problem, since the door height is still 14', with a huge 20' wide width.
