Details of our security system

Above is a live video feed from one of our 16 cameras available to our owners. This is the front view of our clubhouse. This camers requires the latest version of Java. The download is free and you can get it Here

Our security system and requirements we insisted on really had the engineers scratching their heads. We spent months working out the most minor details so you will feel secure and comfortable in your new Garage Condominium.

Access- When you buy your garage you are given a three button remote control that is uniquely yours. Your code, frequency, and ID is all bundled into one small remote control

Entering through our security gates is as easy as pushing one button as you approach the gates. You are now logged in by our onsite computer system and recorded by any one of our 16 security cameras. As you approach your garage, you simply push one more button on the same remote and your door opens, the alarm in your garage is disabled, and the lights are turned on. No keypads or long combinations or passcodes to remember.

Sounds easy and it is. Here is what happens behind the scenes.

    When you opened the gate here is what took place
  • You are logged into our system with time and date of the gate opening
  • The outdoor cameras recognized motion and started recording all movement
  • An instant e-mail was sent to you and the system administrator letting you know that the gate was opened using your code, and your door was also opened.
  • The door alarm to your garage was turned off.
  • The interior lights were turned on
  • Upon leaving, push one button and your garage door closes.
  • Push another button and the gate opens, you are logged out of the system, and the garage alarm is automatically re-set.
  • If you were to forget to close your door, not to worry. The system will send you an e-mail during the system reset letting you know your garage door is open.
    • Is there an extra monthly charge for this? No. It is included in your monthly HOA dues.

    All of our outside cameras are available to owners via the internet for live viewing 24 x 7. In addition, we have Garage Cams soon to be available as an option to allow you interior streaming video of your garage, via your home computer or smart phone. With the interior Garage Cam, if the camera detects any movement in you garage, it e-mails you pictures of the event, both stills or in movie format.It even records all movment and stores the event on the camera for later retrieval. Smart huh?

    Our Security System

    While we really cannot go into great details about our system, since that would be counter productive. Rest assured, from the moment you close your garage door, everything is protected and safe. Come in and see for yourself.


    Live Streaming Security Cameras

    While many talk about security, we acted on it. We have 16 security camereas available on the internet available to you any time, and any place. All you need is internet access and Internet Explorer, which most everyone does and you will have the ability to see streaming live video of the entire project.

    The cameras are color night and day cameras. They stream up to 10 frames per second (depending on the speed of your internet connection). The camera site is password protected, so only those who are owners in the project can view the cameras. If you would like a temporary password, simply enter your e-mail address in the box below and your password will be sent to you instantly.

    Just a few things about accessing the cameras:

    You must only use Internet Explorer. No other browser will work to my knowledge

    When you load the page, your browser will ask permission to install an "ActiveX" plugin. Be certain you allow it.

    The main screen will show all 16 cameras. You may click on the camera of your choice, and view just that one camera, four cameras, or all sixteen. It is up to you.



    Want more?

    Also availabe in the next few weeks are private Garage Cams. These cameras unlike the ones above, are private and located inside your garage. Each camera is password protected and can only be viewed by you or those who you have given authorization to. Further, the images from your private camera can be viewed from a miltitude of internet platfforms, including many smart phones.Stay tuned for product releases on this new item.
