Vacate or Add New Owner or Tenant

Log onto the EAB security system using your regular log in credentials (follow the red arrow)

We will begin by showing how to "Vacate a Unit". Select "Vacate a Unit".

Highlight and select the unit you wish to Vacate. Click "Done"

Verify this is the unit you want to vacate

Answer "Yes" to remove "Test Smith" in this case. We want to remove all traces of the old owner or tenant. We will input new data a few steps down.

Adding a new Owner or Tenant

Click on "Rent Unit" (It is labeled as rent, but it applies to Owners as well).

Click on the unit you would like to rent. (The list of avaiable units comes from when you vacated a unit earlier). Check the"New User". Click "Next"

Don't let the mess of arrows scare you. I will step you through it.

1. Enter the first amd last name of user
2. Enter the access code. This can be a made up number, a number requested, or the PIN code from the back of the remote control. 4-10 digits, no spaces, numbers only.
3. Click "assign". The number will appear on the list below.
4. Whew! Click "Next".

Almost done...

1. You need to set the access levels. I could not get a picture of the "Access Levels". Suffice to say, click on the "Select One" under Access Levels and select "24 Hour Access". Once selected, click on "ADD" It will appear in the list below if you did it correctly.
2. Check the boxes for "Authorize Easy Code, and Email Access Alerts to User"
3. Click "Done"

Verify you want to edit the user by clicking "Yes", then click "DONE"
