Once you have received your site key (it will look something like this - Wsc6Y9k, enter it where indicated by the arrow. Pay attention to upper and lower case letters. Ignore the upper field (Authorization Code). We do not use it. You should have recevied your site key. If not, use this link to request it --> Get your new site key HERE
Enter the access code you were given at the same time as your Site Key on the top line. Enter the last name given to you
Enter your email address. Make certain you get it right. If you make a mistake on your email address, it is very hard to correct. Enter the phone number of the cell phone you are using. It is important as later in the process, you will be sent a text message confirming your enrollment.
Enter password (at least 8 characters) that you commonly use. You have to add a Symbol such as @,#,$,%,& etc. The app will remember your password, so you only have to enter it once.
Be certain to turn on notifications. This will alert you when your garage is being accessed.
This is what you should see if everything went properly. You will be directed to a link (email or text) to confirm your enrollment. NOTES- There will be three icons on your app (East Gate, West Gate, and your door). They will only show up when you are within several hundred feet of the property. You can enroll as many devices as you wish for your garage. Each device must have its own phone number and unique email address.
