November 9th, 2018 update

The walls are finally completed. What a long, tedious process that was. Now that we have extra crew available from the wall construction, we should see continued acceleration of the construction process.

For the short term, efforts are focused on installing the door frames and door skins. This will continue for the next few weeks. Once the frames are completed, the roof panels will start to be installed.

SALES UPDATE

We only have 2 - 22' x 60' garages left, with a good selection of 23' up to 90' wide units, with many sizes in between. We are still accepting early reservations with a refundable deposit, held in escrow. HERE for availability and pricing

We are generally available most any day. The weekends are preferable since construction activity is at a minimum then. Please call ahead and let us know you are coming.
